My diet today

...oh boy...

I am sending this out simply because I am embarrassed of it- so by showing all of you I can change my ways

BreakFast

Whole wheat bagel lightly toasted lightly buttered
2 Egg Whites + 1 slice of whole wheat bread + 1/2 slice of Cheese
1.5 Servings of Raisin bran in 2% Milk

Lunchish
Banana
Quaker Oats Chewy Bar
Crunchy Spice Burrito @ Taco Bell
Baja Blast 16oz

no vegtable no meats.... well really ones anyway....sodium city...Gotta work on that!
